It all began with one belief: every patient deserves to be heard.
Dr Hafiz built Primakasih for our own parents: so that every older patient is given time, listened to with patience and known by name.
He trained at the University of Newcastle, Australia, and still sees patients at the Yan branch himself.

A family doctor's experience from Australia, now in Taman Anggerik.
Dr Shahrul worked in general practice in New South Wales, including rural and urgent-care clinics, before joining Primakasih Alor Setar in 2025. He now looks after whole families in Alor Setar, with interests in skin problems, older people's health, men's health and children.

Before Primakasih, Dr Hasif worked in the paediatric, emergency and general medicine departments of Hospital Yan. That experience helps him judge calmly what can be treated at the clinic and what needs a hospital referral, for everyone from small children to grandparents.

Dr Fatin began her career at Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim and spent more than eight years in its ear, nose and throat department. In Yan, she now helps many new mothers: babies who struggle to feed, painful latching, and tongue-tie assessment.
